General Ship Maintenance and Ship Repair:

We provide ship repair services to include structural rip out and re-installation, mechanical rip out and re-installation, habitability, heavy metal fabrication and structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, piping installation, PCMS tile and shipboard insulation.

Lease Labor:

Fleet Week has been sponsored by New York City since 1984 in celebration of the United States sea service. The annual event also provides an opportunity for citizens of New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area to meet Sailors, and Marines, as well as witness first hand the latest capabilities of todayÕs Navy and Marine Corps team. Fleet week includes dozens of military demonstrations and displays, including public tours of many of the participating ships. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk

Mills Marine performed small boat structural repairs that included cropping out existing handrails and installing new handrails and deck plating and repair of cracks in the handrails.

U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)

Mills Marine removed, re-installed and tested new watertight doors on the CGC Vigorous and insulation rip-out and installation on other Coast Guard vessels

Marine Hydraulics International, Inc.

Mills Marine removed and renewed thermal, acoustic, polymide insulation and high temperature matting on watertight doors, engine room uptakes, gas turbine ducting, libe oil purifier heater, lube oil heater exchanger, ventilation ducting, fire main piping, fuel oil transfer piping, VCHT piping, berthing and sanitary spaces bulkheads and overheads, steam kettle piping, installed spray shield and repaired PCMS tile on Navy surface ships.
